Core Group Meet

MINUTES OF THE CORE GROUP MEETING - DATED 10-MAY-15

Held On Sunday 10TH May 2015 @ President’s Residence

The Meeting opened up with the Opening Prayer.
The Secretary welcomed members present.
Organizational profile was presented by the Secretary, explaining the origin of Core Group, its necessity, its responsibilities, its function and its benefits to the Core Group Members present.
The Core Group Members identified was introduced in the Meeting.
Our President / Managing Trustee further highlighted in his Presidential address the need and importance of Core Group.
Core Group Members were felicitated by giving Appointment Letters.
Feedback from Members were collected.
Attendance of Members present was obtained.
Members were advised to present pass port size photos, pan card details, and Address proofs.
Acceptance Letter from Core Group Members were collected along with their CV’s.
The Meeting closed with Vote of Thanks and Prayers.

FEEDBACKS FROM THE MEMBER'S

It was decided to create Mail ID’s for all members of the Core Group- suggested by Mr. P.N. Suresh Kumar.
Mr. J. Sam Michael was entrusted with this responsibity.
Also a What Sapp group for Hebron Charities was recommended by Mr. J. Raj Mohan, Mr. P.N. Suresh Kumar was entrusted with this responsibility.
Core Group fund was suggested by Mr.J.Raj Mohan. It was by all members present to pay Rs. 100 (one hundred) per month to be collected as subscription from Core Group members.
The collected amount as subscription will be utilized for trust activities
The meeting announcement for members without Mail ID to be contacted in person or phone.
It was suggested by members that Core Group Members who are retired persons to be paid travelling allowance in future.
Members unanimously suggested that core group must not stop alone with its formation, but proceed further with projects plans and speed up with a proper setup.
