Every Government/Quasi/Private Institution has an organisational structure consisting Board of directors/members and core groups /Advisory committee/ panel for its operation/functioning.
The Board of Members/ Director alone cannot decide upon the work they require an advisory team to help them to execute works that is undertaken for the welfare of people.
This advisory team /core groups consist of eminent persons in the society, who are well educated, technically sound, financially independent and successful persons in their field.
They render their expert services for the successful functioning of respected departments and for the benefit of the general public.
Hebron charities trust also recognised such a need for the trust effective functioning. It was decided unanimously by the board members to form a core group for this above reason.
Thus far the board members acted upon their own experience, strength and knowledge and were successful in many activities.
But as the responsibility grew and likely financial support for various projects from government and private donors come, a prerequisite requirement was required to form an expert committee/ Advisory Board/ Core group.
It is therefore decided by the trust to form core group for the successful functioning of our trust.
The core group consist of eminent persons in the society, whose knowledge and experience will help the board to execute projects entrusted by Government / Private donors for the welfare of the society.
The core groups will assist and advice the board and along with technical, legal and auditing consultants will submit successful projects to the donors.
Also they will assist by their service in fund raising, technical advice and help in obtaining legal and financial auditing for the successful implementation of the projects.
