• Core Group is a decision making body helping the General Body of the Trust in finalizing projects / proposals.
  
• Projects / proposals will be tabled to the core group for approval in General Body meeting.
  
• Core Group will decide about the projects and will forward to technical feasibility, legal and auditing of the projects.
  
• Legal and Auditing team’s approval will be taken as the main criteria for approval of projects.
  
• Core group will present the approved projects to the General Body for final approval.
  
• Core group will consists of sub-committees for various sectors.
